1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

  • If canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original condition

  • The item must include original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (Order Number or receipt) is required

⚠️ Due to safety and quality control standards, tools that have been used, damaged due to improper handling, or altered will not be eligible for return.

Before sending any return, you must contact our customer service team to receive the correct return instructions and address.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Items that show signs of use

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation


4. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective item, or damaged upon arrival), we will cover the return shipping cost.

We do not charge restocking fees.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation.

  • We will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider — posting times may vary.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
