🛒 How do I place an order?

Placing an order at Torquevla is simple:

  1. Browse our products and click “Add to Cart.”

  2. When ready, click the Cart icon at the top of the page.

  3. Review your items and click “Checkout.”

  4. Enter your shipping details and payment information.

  5. Apply a discount code (if available) and click “Complete Order.”

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successful.

📦 What if I receive missing or incorrect items?

If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items:

  1. Email us at service@torquevla.com

  2. Include your Order Number

  3. Attach a clear photo of the issue

We will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement at no additional cost where applicable.


✅ How do I know my order was successfully placed?

Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:

  • Your Order Number

  • Order details

  • Shipping address

If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.


✏️ Can I change my order after placing it?

Order modifications or cancellations are allowed before 11:00 PM (PDT) on the same day the order was placed.

After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be changed.
